Listen online to the internet radio of Heart FM live! Heart London is the central broadcaster station of the 22 stations comprised Heart network. The station's weekly audience is above 1.3 million, while the whole radio station network has almost 8 million weekly listeners, and by this, the Heart FM radio station network is the most listened to commercial radio station network in the UK.
The station network is in the ownership of Global Media & Entertainment Ltd., and the leader in the Heart Brand, which is UK's most popular radio brand in the commercial segment.
The radio's programme structure primarily targets the under 45 age group, and its schedule adjusts to the listeners daily lives’ dynamics throughout the day. Enthusiastic in keeping up the emotional bonds between the radio, and its listeners, and pursues a life-centered approach. In its playlist, passionate in the method of picking the best songs from the last 5 decades. Besides the current mainstream songs, the 70s, 80s, 90s and 00s' best ones make the line up complete.
The radio provides a breakfast show starting at 4am to 6:30am for the early birds, with James Stewart on weekdays. Just after that, "Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden" continues to turn up the feel good from 6:30am to 10am on weekdays.
On Sundays, "The Official Big Top 40" is broadcasted from 4pm to 7pm which is the UK's biggest chart show, produced by Global's Capital FM studios in London and is broadcasted by the pop flagships of Global Media across the whole UK.

Heart is giving away another million pounds to one listener with the return of Heart’s Make Me A Millionaire competition. Last year, hundreds of listeners won prize sums of up to £30,000 before one person won £1,000,000. Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden launched the 2021 promotion on Heart Breakfast this morning, with both of them dressing up for the occasion. Former Radio 1 host Dev Griffin is joining Heart
Dev Griffin will join Heart in January just weeks after leaving BBC Radio 1 at the end of December. Dev’s last show at the BBC, where he has been for the last 18 years, is on December 20th, and he’ll start on Heart January 2nd 2021. He’ll be on the Heart network every Saturday afternoon from 12pm till 4pm replacing Zoe Hardman who moves to Saturday breakfast in addition to her Sunday morning show. Heart Xmas launches early for Christmas 2020
Global has started its annual festive radio station Heart Xmas early this year. The service is available on lots of local digital radio multiplexes across the UK rather than the national mux D1 used previously. RAJAR Q1 2020: Regional and local radio facts and figures
XS Manchester has doubled its listening hours year-on-year after the station was saved from closure. The Communicorp station now has 132,000 weekly reach (last year 94,000) and 1.28 million hours (last year 546k), giving it more total hours than Manchester’s heritage station Hits Radio. RAJAR Q1 2020: London and national brands roundup
BBC Radio 2 has lost almost a million listeners in the last year, according to the Q1/2020 audience research from RAJAR. The reach of the UK’s biggest radio station fell from 15.356m at the start of 2019 to 14.362m over the first three months of this year. The two biggest commercial radio networks – Heart and Capital – both lost significant reach over the 12 months too. The Heart network lost 787,000 listeners to leave a reach of 7.737m, while Capital dropped 815,000 to 6.386m. Heart gives away £1million to one radio listener
Heart’s Make Me a Millionaire came to a conclusion this week after Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden gave away a million pounds. The competition has seen hundreds of winners take home prize sums of up to £30,000 and after an 11-week run on-air, the grand finale took place on Thursday. Over the past three months, each winner has faced an ultimatum – to take that day’s prize fund, which has ranged from £1,000 to £30,000 – or enter into the draw for a chance of winning £1 million.
