talkSPORT submits request to reduce its AM coverage
Ofcom has launched a consultation after receiving a request from talkSPORT to reduce its AM coverage. The station wants to switch off four of its 22 transmitter sites immediately. Radio X launches brand-new classic rock station across the UK
Radio X Classic Rock has been launched this morning fronted by presenter and music journalist, Sunta Templeton. The new station will play the greatest classic rock music of all time from across the decades and can be heard on national DAB, Global Player, smart speakers and online. BFBS trustee receives MBE from the King at Windsor Castle
Long standing BFBS trustee Howard Perlin has received an MBE. Mr Perlin, 76, received his gong from the King at Windsor Castle on Tuesday after being recognised in the late Queen’s last Birthday Honours for services to broadcasting. Global launches Capital Chill radio station on national DAB
