Listen online to the internet radio of BBC Radio 5 Live, the most prominent news source in the UK among the radio listeners' community, specializing in broadcasting breaking news from BBC News. It also satisfies the news cravings of the wide and passionate sports fan community throughout the United Kingdom with live sports coverage. Radio 5 Live schedule covers nearly all major UK-related sports events. In cases of concurrent major sports events, the broadcaster's sister station, BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra, assists in providing coverage for multiple sports events simultaneously. Additional programmes in the schedule include interviews, phone-in discussions, and weather reports. BBC 5Live offers an array of morning shows to its listeners on weekdays, with two presenters from the breakfast team selecting topics from national and international news and sports from 6am to 9am. Radio Five Live doesn't leave its listeners without a morning programme on weekends either. On Saturdays, the breakfast show airs from 6am to 9am, and on Sundays, it runs from 7am to 10am.
